This series is about all those Cubans that left and are still leaving their beloved island by sea, sailing away in any thing that floats, but still carrying their own “ Cuba “ with them even if it is only in their hearts. Like many immigrants and the displaced the world over, for most Cubans the new world can be a strange place. As we say over there, ‘Cubans are Cubans wherever they go!’
